We are thrilled with all of the new shows that are coming our way recently because it means more of our awesome background actors on set!!!
Currently Kate has been leading the way on the extras of Salem, filming in Shreveport. It is amazing to see the set that they have built in Grand Cane and to see all of our extras transformed into the people of 1692. What an honor it is to be a part of this production. If you are interested in Salem, please make sure you have a My Casting File profile and then watch for casting calls to be posted. Louisiana residents will be given priority on Salem since it helps the production with tax incentives.
Andrei has been leading the extras on TNT’s Dallas, filming in Dallas. It’s fun to work on the third season since it is a true family atmosphere since the cast and crew has been together for several seasons now. It’s always fun to watch the episodes on Monday night and point out as many of our background as we can! If you are interested in Dallas, please make sure you have a current My Casting File profile and watch for our casting calls. Texas residents are given priority. We also have a high need for Latinos on this show because of the directions of the storyline.
In the midst of these two great shows, we have been hired to cast the background for two new pilots coming to Dallas, Salvation and Two to Go. Both are exciting new projects that give us many opportunities to bring in new background. For both shows, please make sure you have a current My Casting File profile and then mark yourself as available in the casting notices we post.
We are also thrilled to be casting our first show in Houston, Astronaut Wives’ Club. We are eager to meet our Houston background actors and for them to meet Legacy Casting!!!!
